Omada has developed the IdentityPROJECT+ methodology based on 20 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) and identity governance projects. IdentityPROJECT+ supports a fast approach to align on an initial scope for the first Business Blueprint, as it leverages the IdentityPROCESS+ best practice process framework as an accelerator.  

Challenges

Omada team wanted to rapidly expand their product engineering capacity to make progress on multiple strategic initiates in parallel while still responding quickly to customer requests. Due to challenges in hiring highly skilled engineers in the current market and a need to expand team quickly, the Omada team decided to also start hiring outside of Denmark and Poland.

How BranchCreation Helped

Omada team decided not to hire 3rd party consultants and preferred fulltime staff and initiated the process of creating a Spanish branch in May 2021. Given BranchCreation prior experience helping companies enter the Spain market, BranchCreation was awarded the contract. BranchCreation provided guidance on the administrative processes necessary to start operating and hiring people in Spain. BranchCreation carried out the recruitment and worked closely with Omada team to find the best candidates. BranchCreation also worked closely with existing Omada team and new Spain team to ensured that the team in Spain was smoothly integrated with the parent company processes, plans and systems.

Branchcreation was able to cover Omada’s need to expand its products by hiring highly qualified professionals with competitive salaries in the market for both the company and the employees.

In 10 months, BranchCreation was able to source and hire 6 shortages with highly skilled professionals. Technical Lead, Full-stack developers, QA Engineer and Technical Writers.

Predictable Results

The team was integrated and productive in a very short time. Due to the good performance of the team, at this moment we are looking for: Senior Backend developer, DevOps and QA Engineer to scale the team to Omada’s current needs.
